All of our Kontakt libraries require the full version of Kontakt. They will not work with the free Kontakt Player. For the exact version required, check each product’s page.

Max 4 Live patches require Live Suite, or Live Standard with the Max for Live add-on. For the specific versions of Live and Max for Live required, check each product’s page.

All installation procedure are detailed in each product manual, which should always be the main point of reference.

Kontak Libraries

After purchase, you will download 2 separate zip files: the instrument’s Kontakt files folder, and the sample folder. We split these files so that when we release updates, you only need to download the smaller Kontakt files folder, saving you from having to redownload massive sample files.

To ensure that samples are automatically loaded, please move the extracted samples folder inside the main instrument folder.

For instruction on how to load the library into Kontakt, please refer to the section “Third-party Kontakt libraries without a serial number” here, or follow the instructions in the product manual (instrument-folder/Documentation).

Max for Live Patches

After purchase, you will download a zip file containing a folder with the .amxd patch, and all its .adv presets.

The recommended installation procedure is to place the downloaded folder in the following locations:

• Mac: ~/Music/Ableton/User Library/Presets/MIDI Effects/Max MIDI Effect/

• Windows: C:\Users\[Username]\Documents\Ableton\User Library\Presets\MIDI Effects\Max MIDI Effect\

This will automatically display the device in your browser's Max for Live folder, along with all included presets.

All our libraries are sold and managed through Moonbase.

During checkout, you will be prompted to create a free Moonbase account (or log in if you already have one).
